Registration for the 2010-2011 season will be May 8 and May 22 at Friendship Park in South Ogden. You will need to go the the pre-registration site of www.eayso.org and complete the registration for each child. Bring 3 copies and bring them to Friendship park with your $50 payment.
We will NOT be offering a Co-Ed U16-19 division this year. You may check
for other regions in the Ogden area that offer that age group at www.soccer.org or www.eayso.org.

Refunds may be given to children who do not play or practice. No refunds will be given if the child has received a uniform.
Special consideration may be given to children who are medically unable to play. Requests will be looked at on a case by
case basis and must be approved by the board. Refunds will only be considered with a written request. The request must
include the child's name, date of birth and a brief reason for the refund, along with a self addressed stamp envelope.

Volunteers Needed |
Region 151 needs the involvement of parents or other adults as volunteers. It takes approximately 300 volunteers to run our
region soccer program each year. We are currently in need of several volunteers to help run a successful program. It’s the
volunteers who provide the help and support to the players---your children. The following are some of the areas we need help in:

Volunteer Positions can be tailored to fit your time availability and expertise!!
All Volunteers including coaches, referees and board members are required to fill out a yearly volunteer form.
These can be completed on line at www.eayso.org and bring it with you to registration.
