Registration Issues
20 people are supposed to show up
Friday night, March 10th to sign up for
spring registration. 15 U5B, a few U5 girls, a couple
of U12/U14.
Will open fall/spring 2006-7
registration on Eayso on April 1st.
We will use our free balls from Score
to sell at Registration. We can order more for the 2nd
registration date as needed. This way we don’t have to
worry about ordering & paying for balls that we don’t
sell. We will be receiving 85 size 3 balls (U5 & U6).
35 size 4 balls (U10 & U12). We only pay for shipping
approx $70. The cost of the balls is $5.95 each + .58
shipping each = $6.53. Agreed to sell for $10 each.
Profit of $3.47 each.
FYI - Score will allow 3
months same as cash for items purchases and to use in a
fundraiser. This would allow you to receive product,
sell product and then pay for what you sold.
Age Group Separation (or not)
After much discussion there was a
motion by Tom to have a U7 Boys and U8 Boys/ U7 Girls
and U8 Girls divisions as a trial for Fall 2006/Spring
2007 to better balance teams in this age group. 2nd
by Rich. Motion passed with Ayes – Tom, Rich, Tracy,
Travis, Kristie (by proxy), and Nikki (by proxy). Nay –
Lora. Lora said that she would support the board
decision.
Action
Item:
Lora

email for board comment & approval prior to
registration.
Budget
Motion by tom to increase
registration fees:
$48 early/ $60 late
$3 increase/ $5 increase to U16/19
2nd by Rich.
Ayes – unanimous Nays- none
Uniforms
As a result of splitting the U7 and
U8s into two different divisions, this may allow us to
order the Costa Rica $13.55 as a primary uniform and
fill in with different colors of left over uniforms and
the striped Belize $15.95 uniforms for next year. A
careful inventory of the shed and left over uniforms
will need to be made prior to NAGM and placing our
uniform order for next year. We will have upto three
different uniform styles for next year. This will allow
us to use overstock in the shed AND make sure that the
larger age groups do not have repeating uniform colors
to help with team differentiation during games.
