Weather Cancellations

I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as your new Regional Commissioner. Effective June 1 I have taken over for Rich Ulibarri. Many of you already know me, I’ve been the Region’s Coach Administrator for the past four years. I’m looking forward to the upcoming season and meeting as many of you as possible.

There have been other changes to the Board as well. Click on Contacts to view the new volunteers who have taken over various positions. As you can see, many positions still need to be filled. Take a look and please contact me if you’re interested in helping out. It’s critical that the Referee Administrator and Safety Director positions be filled as soon as possible.

Many thanks to Rich Ulibarri, Tom Thoits, Kristie Spencer, and Loren Kearle for their dedication to the children of Region 151. As new volunteers we hope we can continue the good work they accomplished.

The goal of Region 151 and the AYSO organization is to encourage the growth of soccer and promote positive child development. Although everyone engaged in sporting competition should have a desire to win, this desire should not be pursued to the exclusion of good sportsmanship, fair play and participation. AYSO is a parent based volunteer organization providing a soccer program for all children regardless of experience or skill level. Registration of your child in our program implies responsibility to the team and adherence to the five principles of AYSO:
