Registration Information
AYSO REGION 151 SOCCER REGISTRATION
Registration for the Fall 2008 / Spring 2009 Season is still underway.
To register your child, please go to www.eayso.org and follow the steps to register in Region 151. The cost is $60 per child, and you may contact the registrar at lobraden@yahoo.com or 627-4666 for the information on where to send the forms and payments to.
Most age groups still have openings for additional players, except for the U14 B and G age groups. Those have a wait list for any cancellations that we may have. You can send an email to lobraden@yahoo.com with your child’s name, gender, and date of birth to be put on the wait list.
Volunteers
AYSO is an all-volunteer organization. Region 151 needs the involvement of parents or other adults as volunteers. It’s the volunteers who provide the help and support to the players---your children. The following are some of the areas we need help in:

Training and Certification is offered free of charge. No experience is necessary-only enthusiasm!!
Pre-Register as a Volunteer at www.eayso.org (bring two copies and ID to registration) to help make your child’s soccer experience a success.
Refunds
Refunds may be given to children who do not play or practice. No refunds will be given if the child has received a uniform. Special consideration may be given to children who are medically unable to play. Requests will be looked at on a case by case basis and must be approved by the board. Refunds will only be considered with a written request. The request must include the child's name, date of birth and a brief reason for the refund, along with a self addressed stamp envelope. Registration Age Breakdown
To help in determining the proper age and division for players, the following chart is provided. Excerpts of two portions of the Rules and Regulations that pertain to this matter are Section III(C) and Section Vage determination shall be the players age as of July 31st of the year the season commences. Those who are four years and six months are eligible to participate.
The official playing season of AYSO shall be August 1 through July 31 of the following year.
The following chart applies for the next official season, which starts August 1, 2008 and concludes July 31, 2009, and is based on the age groupings in Rules and Regulations Section III. Any player whose birth date falls on or between these dates should be placed in the designated Division.

Our region will not be offering a U16-19 division—please check Ogden Region 351 or www.soccer.org for other regions in Utah that are offering that.
